Dr. Dailey is a third generation ophthalmologist who was born and raised in central Pennsylvania. He has published original articles on eye diseases in the following journals: Archives of Ophthalmology, American Journal of Ophthalmology, Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Ophthalmic Surgery, and Refractive and Corneal Surgery. Dr. Dailey was awarded a grant from the National Eye Institute for his research and is a clinical assistant professor of ophthalmology at Penn State University College of Medicine.

Dr. Dailey practices comprehensive ophthalmology with special interest in refractive surgery, cataract surgery, glaucoma treatment and surgery, diabetic retinopathy, and eyelid surgery.
